Denise Marie Hradecky LL. M.  MSc. B.H.

A journey through my professional career

My name is Denise Hradecky, and I am an internationally active healthcare expert with a broad range of experience and knowledge. Born in Oranjestad, Aruba, I hold dual citizenship of Germany and the Netherlands. My career began with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Diagnostics and Radiation Therapy from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

This was followed by extensive studies in the field of healthcare management, including a Master of Science in Health Care Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. My academic journey also took me to Italy, to Bocconi University in Milan and La Sapienza University of Rome, as well as to the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen in Germany, where I also completed a Master of Laws in Business Law in Hamburg and several advanced training courses at Harvard Law School and Cambridge University.

In my professional career, I have gained extensive experience, including as an advisor to the board of directors at a university hospital and as deputy director of nursing at a clinic. I have worked on hospital restructuring projects, conducted negotiations with health insurance companies, and provided legal counsel.

In addition to my work as a freelance health expert, I am a partner and project manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland at Medify BV and an author for Springer Gabler Verlag. My involvement also extends to academia, where I work as a lecturer in health policy and legal developments for the continuing education of nursing ward managers at an academy.

Through my broad experience and in-depth knowledge, I offer tailored consulting services for government institutions and private companies in the healthcare sector.

My goal is to bring about positive change and contribute to improving healthcare worldwide through a combination of expertise, experience, and passion for healthcare.

I have to change, to stay the same.
